Our camp in 2008 will be flexible in accomodating a wide variety of players or teams. The focus will be on individual or small group development, in an enjoyable environment. Small sided games will often be used to allow the game to teach the players. The staff will adjust the camp sessions to best suit the needs of the campers in a particular group based on the information gathered on the application, and during the first assessments at camp.

As Examples: 1. The activities may be geared toward the skills needed for Competitive Select Soccer or Club Soccer. Campers who are approaching the Under 11 soccer tryouts, or current select soccer age players are encouraged to attend.

2. Players who are playing for recreational teams in the U9 through U17 age bracket would also benefit from our program which would be intended to raise the expectations and knowledge of recreational players so that they may be interested in participating at a higher level.

3. Teams that are preparing for a championship competition such as a major tournament, or a tryout tournament. We will discuss the team's needs with the coach, and work with that coach to plan a week of sessions that will prepare the team for the upcoming competition.

Players begin to specialize in certain positions at various ages. At this camp, players will be expected to participate in specialized position training. Groups of players will be divided up, and specific activities and demands will be placed on the groups, to ensure development in specific soccer skills. Individuals with certain needs will also be challenged to work harder at deficiencies, or shortcomings. Constructive criticism will be offered to help players develop rather than hide their weaknesses.
