| A high quality, hand stitched Camp "Game Ball" will be offered at camp, for the special price of $25. Include your payment with the deposit check, and you can pick up your ball at registration. You are not required to purchase a ball from us, but you must bring one to camp. A PRO-SHOP with discounted soccer equipment will be available throughout the week. |  |

| Players who cannot attend the camp for any reason after enrolling, will forfeit the $ 100 non-refundable deposit as a service fee. Players who opt out of the camp after May 15th, will not be eligible for any refunds. There will be no exceptions to this policy. |

| All campers are required to check-in and register on Sunday, June 13, 2010, the first day of camp, between 1:30 and 3:30 PM. Directions, confirmation, and camp necessity information will be sent to you prior to the start of camp. Orientation for campers and parents will begin at 4PM. Camp officially ends at 1:00PM on Friday, June 18th, 2010. |
